The "SG" in SG Land Investment stands for Shea & Glover. Michael Shea and Charles Glover met as 18 year old freshmen in college and have remained close friends ever since, which suffice it to say, has spanned a good many years at this point.
Michael began his career as a mechanical engineer before transitioning to sales, while Charles started his career in sales before pivoting to data engineering! However, entrepreneurship and love for real estate brought them together in land.
